Delivery and Returns
We ship all across India, order delivery will take between 8-10 business days.
If you need an order by a certain date, please call our customer service at +91 7972331507 prior to ordering, to check 
availability.
For International shipping, please get in touch with us on contact.pineapple.center@gmail.com, order delivery will take 
between 15–20 business days.
Sale Items
Please note, items 'On Sale' or on discounted prices as indicated on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange. 
Items purchased before the 'Sale' Period and previously issued Credit Notes cannot be exchanged with Sale items.
Refund & Returns
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient 
or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the our standards. Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a 
full refund via the original payment method in 10-15 business days.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we will find a solution for you. Pineapple Centre's products can be exchanged within 15 days 
for another size or product of the same or higher value. 
Pineapple Centre's products must be returned in good condition, with the labels intact. Please keep in mind that you are responsible 
for the safe delivery back to Pineapple Centre of all returns, we suggest courier and tracking. Products once exchanged, will no 
longer be returnable.
Please note, discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
At Pineapple Centre, we do our best to provide the finest quality of products. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not 
guaranteed against abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.
